What this site collects.
This page describes only what the coldirontech.com website does. It is not a description of how we handle data inside a client engagement — that is covered by your services agreement.
The contact form
If you submit the form on our contact page, it collects the name, company, email address, phone number, and message you type into it. Your IP address is included with the submission so we can investigate abuse.
Submissions are transmitted to a function running on Cloudflare’s network, then forwarded to Web3Forms, which emails them to sales@coldirontech.com. We use the email address you provide to reply to your enquiry.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a check in your browser to distinguish people from automated traffic, and by a hidden field that only automated submissions tend to fill in. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare and loads a script from challenges.cloudflare.com.
Third parties
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Fonts, styles, images, and scripts are served from this domain — the only third-party requests the site makes are to Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact page, and to Web3Forms when a form is submitted.
The code that handles your submission does not store it. It checks the submission is complete, confirms it is not automated, and passes it to Web3Forms for delivery — nothing is written to a database or kept on this website. Web3Forms’ own handling of the data is covered by their privacy policy.
We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry arrives as an email in our inbox, and that is where it stays. We keep it for as long as we need it to answer you and to have a record of the conversation. If an enquiry does not lead to a working relationship, we delete it within 12 months.
If you become a client, information relating to your account is covered by your services agreement rather than by this page.
Asking us to delete it
Email sales@coldirontech.com and ask us to delete your enquiry. We will remove it from our mailbox and confirm once it is done.

Coldiron Technology Group LLC, Columbus, Ohio, is responsible for information collected through this website. For any question or request about your data, email sales@coldirontech.com.
